I would like to give the developers some ideas on how to improve My City. I think that My City is, by far, one of the best city-building games I’ve ever played. Please include a short description of the issue, your Nanobit ID & your device’s brand and model in the email. I honestly wouldnt have noticed it either had it not been for the fact that I paid for the “in-game currency” and was more aware of it because of it coming out of my pocket. Im willing to bet this has happened to many people but never noticed their currency disappear. I took screen shots and video (although I was unable to upload/send the video because their support tab does not accept video submissions) and sent them the explanation and screenshots but never heard from the support team again. They asked me for “more detail” and screen shots.
I contacted the company via the support tab in the game menu, and explained the problem. Now these glitches only started to take place once I reached a higher level (22) and my city started growing rapidly. I watched my account of $40,000 turn to $32,000 after it logged me back in after the reset and then again a few minutes later, my account went from $28,000 to $19,000 after another glitch.

The game glitches when you start to upgrade buildings (which is a large part of progression in the game) and resets the game after the glitch has taken effect. I made the mistake of giving this company my money for two in-game purchases (consisting of of diamonds and game currency) and watched it all wash away the same evening I bought it.
